The salesman was good to work with and the customer service was friendly and very responsive. However, the scheduling was difficult. They did not show up on the Monday as promised, and when no one showed up, we called in and they said a job on Friday ran long, and apologized that no one called us. In the end, the job that was supposed to be completed Tuesday night was completed the following Tuesday night.
They were very professional and good to work with once here, but the scheduling aspect caused some inconvenience.
