The installation process took from August-October. They never showed up when they said they would be here. The estimate for how long it would take was originally two weeks and it took way longer. They wouldn't come to close the pool for winter or put up temporary fence up that would allow the children in the neighborhood to be save. They set up the pump which was the wrong plug leaving a burn mark on my outlet. We ended up firing them at the end because they were so unresponsive. I like the pool but I was not pleased working with them.
