Very professional. Always on time. They came out right away and gave me a estimate and the job was completed in the next week. Basement looks terrific. Very reasonable price and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Similar to another review on here, I had a poor experience with another contractor. As soon as I called, Cheryl in the office answered all of my questions and alleviated the concerns I had. Walt and John promptly came out and gave me a detailed estimate. It was obvious that they were much more knowledgable than my previous contractor and took the time to explain what needed to be done. I was also impressed with the work crew, who made sure the work was completed on schedule. In short, this company was professional, customer service oriented, and cost effective. I know I saved thousands of dollars by hiring them.

Ross and his crew were wonderful to work with. He came and gave me an estimate on the same day that I called. He was very professional and definitely was very knowledgeable. He was able to give me a very fair and reasonable estimate and also provided me with paperwork with their license and insurance info. I had other contractors quote me $15,000 more for the same job, and other contractors flat out tell me no- that they didn't want the job or the job couldn't be done. Ross's crew came the next week and completed the job in 3 days. They were always right on time and the basement looks great. They also did an awesome job cleaning up afterwards. I was very impressed w this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They stuck to the price that Ross had quoted me... That was a fear of mine bc I heard horror stories of companies starting the job and then "finding" additional thousands of dollars of damage. Cheryl was also a pleasure to work with over the phone. This company is very fair and honest, professional and their work is top notch.

We couldn't have been more thrilled with the work of this company. From
the pleasant office staff who were all pleasures to talk with, to the
team that came and replaced original beams that were as old as dirt and
in need of replacement, in a very old mill home. Solid work at a fair
price. Would highly recommend.

My house is over 100 years old. In the basement there was a side beam (not the main beam) that had a huge split running straight through it. It looked pretty bad and being that its a structural issue it concerned me a great deal. We bought the house knowing about it and that it would have to be dealt with eventually. I also had some splitting starting to form on the main beam running the length of the house. Wasn’t bad, but wasn’t going to get better without intervention. I found Beam and Structural Repair’s website. Aside from being appropriately named, they had photos of jobs they had done that looked way more challenging than what I needed. I called them. I spoke with Walt. Walt came out and assessed the situation, told me my options and gave me a quote within 24hours. We scheduled a time. Walt’s team came out and fixed it no problem. They weren’t invasive and definitely seemed to know what they were doing. They replaced the split side beam and installed plates and joist supports to prevent further splitting or sagging. They also replaced a temporary column with a permanent column. In my opinion they did a fantastic job. I would definitely hire them again, but to be honest, I hope I won’t have to.

They were excellent, did everything they said they would. I cant say enough good things about them, and their prices are very reasonable.
