Extremely happy with our new bathroom ( sink, toilet, tub and bead board covering the pink walls) almost three years ago. Last week my husband noticed a crack between the bolt and the bowl. I called Bath Fitters and told them what was wrong. I was connected to Laura who asked me a few questions and said she would get back to me. The next day she called to tell me that she had ordered a new bowl and tank and we made an appointment for installation. Two days later our new toilet was installed costing us nothing. This was such a nice experience... Laura was wonderful, the plumber was efficient and very neat. Even the first experience three years ago was excellent.   Very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Right from the salesman who answered our request for an estimate through to finished job, we could not be happier.  Yes, we would like pricing on these jobs a little less expensive but these folks were the best price.  We also upgraded to brushed nickel and purchased a few extras like a toilet paper holder and an extra soap dish which increased the cost, along with the wainscoting.
The serviceman that completed the work was so professional, and he just got down to work and kept going.  Since we also got the wainscoting for the rest of the walls he needed two days.  The shower was completed as promised in one day, and he made sure he cleaned up everything before leaving.  Was back early and on time the 2nd day to finish the room.  I wholeheartedly recommend these folks!  The bathroom looks great and my husband and I totally love our walk in shower!

Bath Fitters did a great job. I didn't want to spend a lot of money. They understood that and worked with me to install new walls at minimal expense.

It was great. They came out and went over everything and wrote it up. The technician was very nice and very accommodating. He came about 8 and was done around 3. It was a quick and easy job.

Arrival was ontime and all work was completed in 1 day. Our old tub and shower enclosures were dated and needed replacement. The new, oversized tubs look and feel amazing. We could not be happier with the work. The crew that performed the work were excellent . Each step of the project was explained, questions were answered throughout the process, old material was removed and areas was cleaned before they left.Tubs and showers were ready to be used withing 24 hours. If you want a professional job and finished product call Bath Fitters. Best investment I've made in my home in some time. .

Called and asked questions at office. Woman answering phone was courteous and very knowledgeable. Went to showroom to view products and made appt for salesman to come for estimate. Man that came was on time,; knew his product; did not use high pressure tactics. Walked us thru product selection and answered all questions. Scheduled installation and again installer was on time. Did work as requested. Very satisfied with finished product. Had to call them with minor issue and installer came back out and took care of with no hassle.

Tile installer,(Bob) which also happens to be their "only" tile installer, arrived on the scheduled day, we had laid the tile out the night before in the pattern we liked as recomended by Daltile, to mix or "shuffle" the boxes, I asked Bob the tile installer to please keep grout lines extremely tight, less than 1/8" so as to minimize grout exposure as this is typically the first area to show dirt on a tile floor, and was the recomended grout line by Daltile. Bob agreed, and I left to do some work of my own, when I returned home later that day, Bob was gone, and tile floor was down and fully grouted! Yep, fully grouted the same day, no waiting whatsoever, not even an hour?? Why schedule 2 days I was wondering, no note explaining. I called and asked why it was done same day and the sales rep who answered, Heidi was surprised also, and said they always schedule 2 days for tile and grout and said she would call Bob and ask. Bob called me later that day and just said it would be o.k. and not to worry. And the grout lines were 1/4" wide not 1/8" wide as I asked and as Bob acknowledged before I left. Not sure why Bob decided not to follow my request on the grout lines? Still havent gotten that explanation? Plumber was excellent, very polite and professional and neat, the surround and tub installer was great too, he really took his time and did a great job, up until the part when he came to the doors, he told us the tub was not perfectly level and that he would need to "order" a leveling kit? He said the sales rep who did the initial measure, "John" should have caught that, said it would take a couple weeks to get the kit and we could put a rod & curtain up until that came in?? I inquired why they can't just go and get the kit, he said they don't stock them?? After some "firm" prodding to their installation manager he agreed to expedite the kit and had it there the following week, the door installer did an "o.k." job, sloppy with silicone, globs in certain spots, wasn't the original fitter installer who was so meticulous and careful.  At this point, approximately 2 weeks later with fitter job done we went ahead and put toilet back in, and vanity, only to realize that "ALL" of the grout had separation cracks perfectly from all edges of tile, to which Daltile said in such a short amount of time would have been caused by installation errors, either in grout mixing, ie too much water which leads to excessive shrinking away from edges, or use of a curing agent. Bathfitter offered to send Bob" their one and only tile guy back to fix his poor workmanship, to which I said no thank you, I'll fix it myself, they said they will send me a check for $200, to which I replied to Laura, who is in my opinion, extremely condescending and bordered on insulting my wife, that I didnt really care if they did or did not refund me $200.00.  Needless to say, this project doesn't read quite like their wonderful dream fantasy no fuss no muss bath makeover on their website.  My word of caution, make sure you have a "proper" tile company do your tile floor, or whatever floor you plan to have done.

We used them in Feb 2013 at my in-law?s home. Our scheduling was prompt (we felt under a time constraint), and were able to select ?in stock? items to help speed up the process of converting an older tub into a walk-in shower unit. BathFitter was responsible for pulling any permits and arranging the inspections, etc. While they promise a one-day turn around, they had to
come back a second day to coordinate with the inspector. The removal of the old tub and prep work for installing the walk-in shower was done on the first day. They protected the hall and stairway carpets while they worked.
At the point of sale we were cost-itemized and charged for work/labor to get access from the tub to the vent pipe, and for an upgrade to a 2? drainpipe (current code), assuming with the age of the house this work was needed. When the actual job was done, our Town?s building inspector accepted the existing drain and venting as they were, so that work was not done, but our cost was not reduced. I seem to recall contigencies if extra work was required in the removal and prep, but they refused to budge on reducing the cost for work not done. They coordinated the inspection scheduling (which brought them to a 2nd day)  then did not do the itemized work for which we had been charged, and we had no discount: we felt wronged. (I think the extra time for the second day was an unexpected labor cost for them).
The walk-in shower has been working well and is attractive. Overall their work is very good and everyone seemed to know what they were doing. I think if I did any future work with them, I would ask more questions about the initial quote (ask what if?s? solidifying contigencies) and about the scheduling of the work and inspections. Fortunately for us a 2nd day was not a problem, time-wise.

Account exec. Barry Topping came about 2 weeks before actual work was done. Very patient and informative in helping us choose which style, various options, etc. Two days before the enclosure was installed, one of their plumbing contractors came to do the rough-in plumbing. This took about 2-3 hours. The actual installation took an entire workday, about 8 hours. Again, very professional, they cleaned up everything and the bath and shower work perfectly. Looks great too.

I thought they did a good job. It lasted well and it was a pretty reasonably priced bit of work and it really spruced up the bathroom nicely. I had a good experience with them.

A great experience from the start.  The salesman who came to the house to talk to us was very professional and just the opposite of a hard sell.  He did all the measurements and presented all the available options.  Once we agreed to a specific plan, we paid our deposit and waited for a phone call to schedule the work.  A few weeks passed and we were contacted to set up an installation date. The installer arrived on time, and was completed within six hours.  This involved a new bathtub over our existing 90 year old tub, with new surround walls, as well as a bar and corner shelf. We couldn't be happier with the result and would not hesitate to recommend this process and/or company to all of our friends.

Came for an estimate and then when accepted, came about two weeks later to remove the old plumbing fixtures. Two days after that, they came and spent the whole day installing the coverings for the tub and the walls. This included patching some of the walls so that everything fit. They did an excellent job, answered questions and cleaned up. They were terrific. Would definitely hire them again.

It went exceptionally well. The service provider communicated pro-actively and clearly. There was one minor deviation from the expected plan (something like the wrong hardware or wrong color wall covering or something) that required that the installer make an unexpected trip to get the correct materials. He took care of the matter quickly and with very little disruption to our schedule. It was definitely a case of the installer taking a less than perfect siutation and dealing with it in a manner that made us feel better about having chosen to work with Bath Fitter.
