Our iron hand rail was on the verge of breaking off due to rust at the places where it was bolted to the concrete steps. Orciani Welding came out in early December and gave us quotes for completely replacing the rail ($475.00) and for simply fixing and reattaching it ($175.00). They recommended the latter when we asked, and we appreciated their honesty. We called back about 10 days later, and workmen came out to take the rail to their shop and returned the next day to reinstall it. It looks great.
