They were very prompt. I called them and scheduled to have it done. They took care of it and made it happen. I do think the price might have been a little bit high, but I'm not sure because I didn't really witness their work. So, it's a little hard for me to estimate on the price. The workers met with my tenant and my tenant was very happy.

The plumber that they sent (forgot name) was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Most importantly the work was done correctly the first time which meant I didn't have to call for a repeat visit. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for plumbing issues.

I got a call from my tenant that the toilet was flushing really slowly recently, and that something seemed to be clogged in it. I called Eagan Plumbing to clear it up for me. The came on short notice, and immediately went to work. They found that indeed there was some stuff stuck in the toilet, and he cleared it out. When he disconnected the toilet to finish clearing it, he found that there was some sediment building up on it. We determined that the toilet had been flushing with less than the proper amount of pressure and water (due to a water saving device that was installed in the tank). This was allowing the sediment to build up and would probably continue to flush slowly even without the clog. I decided to just replace the toilet, so he called out to the plumbing supply house to confirm they had the same style and size, and he ran out to pick it up. The entire process, including running out to pick up the toilet only took a little more than an hour.

One morning we discovered the hot water heater was leaking. It was about the right age to be replaced so I called Eagan Plumbin to come look at it. I asked a lot of questions and David Eagan was very patient and answered all of them. I was interested in considering a tank-less system, and he helped me evaluate the options. Because it would require direct venting it outside, and I didn't like the access that was available for venting, I decided I would just go with a straight up replacement. They got the hot water heater installed the same day, and I was very pleased with the results.

He got the work done very quickly and did a very good job at the work. We have been using them for about twenty years. They always show up on time to do the work.
