Started out well, but went down hill pretty quickly. My list of things that are wrong, is long. In picture, they didn't even finish tile to wall, grouting btwn floor tile, all different shades, etc etc. What should have taken 3 weeks, took 11 weeks!!

He wasn't very timely. I gave him the go ahead last May and he didn't start the job until November of last year and he didn't finish the job until April. He took a long time to do not that big of a job. It was very frustrating. There were lots of delays. They could improve by being more accurate with their start date. He wasn't responsive, he didn't return my text messages or emails.
