M A FRAZIER INC

After a broken waterline and flood, I had to empty my mother's basement and used a Frazier dumpster. I then called for a 2nd dumpster to be delivered so I could clean out her overloaded garage. During the call I was told that I could keep the dumpster as long as needed WITHOUT CHARGE and simply to call when it was ready to be picked up. Easy peasy, right? Due to illness, weather, and life, the dumpster was kept over the winter for an eventual total of 119 days - virtually unused and empty except for a handful of small items in it yet I was hit with an unexpected credit card charge of $1065... but $595 was for keeping it over a period of time... 119 days x $5/day!! YET I HAD BEEN TOLD THAT I COULD KEEP IT AS LONG AS I NEEDED WITHOUT CHARGE... Had I known there would be a charge I obviously would have returned it much, much sooner but since I had been told there would be "no charge for keeping it as long as I needed" it was less of a priority on my long daily to-do list. When I called to discuss the outrageous bill with the Frazier people I was loudly, very pointedly, and very rudely told by both the office manager and by the owner, Matt, that it was impossible that I had been told dumpsters could be kept as long as I needed at no charge, nobody in their office would ever say such a thing, it is not their policy and on and on... yet I was told this. In essence, I felt I was being called a liar over and over again for saying I had been told this and they refused to discuss the bill other than it had already been charged to my credit card and they would not refund anything. And I was accused of talking over their conversation when all they did was talk on and on and on over me without acknowledging that just perhaps I was calling with a legitimate concern. I know what I was told, I have no reason to lie, I pay my bills, and I accept and pay my way; being talked over, spoken LOUDLY to, and essentially called a liar was unnecessary, rude, counterproductive, and a dead deal-breaker. A simple apology would have been more productive than being called a liar. I have been doing business with this company for many years but will never again use them. This is the worst instance of customer relations I have encountered in many years and it was unnecessary.

These people were rude, dumb, and apparently never learned basic arithmetic. They are threatening to sue me because I didn't pay $30 that I don't owe. But every time I tried to explain that to the owner, instead of listening to me he would just start screaming at me and threatening me.
