It took two separate visits as the hinges had to be ordered.

After playing phone tag, Curt and I finally connected and set an appointment date for the next week. He was punctual and professional. My dryer connection was very tight and also on hardwood floors and he found a way to go into the dryer from the front without having to move it. He spent more than an hour starting inside then going outside and down into the crawl space and finally was able to get to the nest and remove it. Before he turned on his loud equipment he even warned us in case it might scare my granddaughter! He also cleaned out the interior of the dryer that had a lot of lint accumulated. Hopefully, my dryer will last awhile longer!

Curt was recommended by an A-rated supplier who did not service our area.  Curt's voicemail was extremely clear with his availability and instructions to confirm an appointment.  He called back the same evening and confirmed an appointment the next day, and gave a preliminary diagnosis over the phone.  He arrived on time and confirmed that his initial diagnosis was correct.  He fixed the drain freeze-up and the root cause of s stopped up drain.  He also diagnosed the malfunctioning dishwasher soap dispenser.  He will return at a later date to install the part.
Overall he was courteous, professional, and on time.
