This was awhile ago that we used him. He was a realtor that we had work for us in the past. He did this about 5-6 years ago. He was there when I needed him. The communication was good and he got the job done. It was a rental property that they rented out for me. It took them a couple of months to get me a rental tenant.

I have used Realty Direct and Tom Truong for the past 5 years.  He has sold and helped me purchase 3 transaction and all were flawless!  My first experience was when I had my home in Milton on the market for over one year, Tom came in and sold it within 3 weeks, and at a profit!  He even installed my smoke detectors in time for the inspection.  Tom goes above and beyond in selling a property and knows how to price a sale.  He is enthusiastic about his profession and it is contagious.  I would not hesitate in recommending Realty Direct.

My husband and I are looking to buy a house and we were referred to Dennis Patch at Realty Direct. He has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to find us the perfect house. He has also been extremely patient with us and has taken us on many showings and helped us submit three offers already. Because of my work schedule I am only available for most showings on the weekend but this has never been a problem. Even though we are looking at houses that are not very expensive, thus making Dennis' commission quite low, this has not affected his willingness to help us in every way he can. It has been a pleaseure working with him and I would refer him to my family and closest friends.
