RP Tedeschi Electrical Service

Wow, the lighting around our home looks absolutely amazing!! We have used RP Tedeschi Electrical Service in the past for a panel upgrade and once again, we are left 100% satisfied by the professionalism and craftsmanship. Thank you!!!

RP Tedeschi Electrical did an incredible job with our ceiling fan and outdoor outlet. Andrew and Bob were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. They came on time, worked diligently to get the job done and were clean and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. Like many old homes in the area, there were some tricky aspects that were uncovered under the plaster but they knew exactly what to do. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for electrical work in the area.

Bob and his son were superb! We had water leaking down through the conduit from the main power line from the street into our breaker box in the basement creating a major hazard. Bob responded immediately, recognized the emergency and working well into the night replaced the conduit, outside box, inside breaker box and breakers as well as the electrical grounding system. It was a cold afternoon and evening and they would not leave until our power was, safely, back on. They worked professionally and rewired the entire system (including labeling all of the breakers). They wore masks and respected social distancing and cleaned up at the end. We are grateful for the excellent work and recommend them without hesitation.

The great thing about Bob and his son Andrew were that they were very professional and everything was presented clearly upfront including the cost. I also appreciated the little things they did like calling me when they were on their way and walking me through some additional electrical work that could be done to improve my home, e.g., converting two prong to three prong outlets.

Great work, returned my call on a Saturday, wore shoe covers, gave a price before the work and stuck to it. Fixed a number of minor jobs that had been near-daily annoyances. Was to remove the chandelier so I could take it to a lamp store to fix, thinking I had to call again to reinstall it, but Bob took it home and fixed it that day and reinstalled it. He found a dodgy outlet installed by the prev. owner of our house, a DIYer, and found a couple of safety issues to fix, one of which we thought would be good to do right away. Works w/ one of his sons, both very nice guys. Will def call again.

Excellent. Bob came in snow storm today 01/04/2018 to fix heating system. The boiler pump did not work due to the faulty electrical panel. He has done an excellent job. Professional , neat but the most important is very knowledgeable. Thank you for an excellent job.

Bob installed an exhaust fan/light we had purchased for our bathroom. We got an early appointment, he arrived on time and did a very good job.

It went fine.

I got Bob's name and phone number from another electrician that I had reached out to. With little hope of getting a response, I left a message for Bob. To my surprise, Bob returned my call later in the day and on hearing my situation, he said that although he was very very busy, he would come over at the end of his work day to help me out. As promised, Bob turned up promptly at 5 pm (despite a thunderstorm and flash flood warning). He was very personable and yet a thorough professional. He systematically went about diagnosing the root cause of the problem, traced the issue, showed me what the problem was and fixed it efficiently. In the process, he also went that extra mile to check out all the other outlets in my kitchen and fixed some of the loose wires dangling in the electrical junction box. Overall, Bob did an excellent job of addressing my electrical problem. He was also very responsive and a wonderful person to interact with. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bob to other customers.

I can't say enough about how professional and competent Bob and his son Andrew are! I live in a 110 year old house with lots of electrical quirks. Bob and Andrew checked every outlet in the house and found a few problems that I hadn't even been aware of which were easy fixes. They checked the circuit boxes in the basement and found a loose wire, which fixed one of the dead outlets in the dining room. I had been living with that dead outlet for decades. Checked the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and made safety recommendations for me to follow through with on my own. They left a itemized list of the work completed and an estimate for future work on my wish list. I will not only use Bob and Andrew again but will be pleased to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Robert responded quickly to our phone call and set up a time to come. When he arrived, he was very courteous and professional. He replaced the outlet efficiently and properly. We are very satisfied with his work and will call him again if we need electrical work. He is also a nice guy to deal with and his charge was very reasonable.

Overall, very happy! Bob was right on time, very friendly and even slipped on his plastic booties covering his shoes before he entered the house. The service fee (just to come out to the house) was $59 and there was no additional charge to resolve the dryer issue but there was a small charge of $34 to replace the disposal switch.

Bob stayed for several hours while the town sent a truck over and he ensured that my parents had an temporary line hooked up so they didn't have to be with out power/heat/phone for the night. Bob was highly responsive and professional, and very reasonable. We will absolutely use him in the future. Thanks!

Attic lights were not working.  He was out of town when we called and left a message but he called back right away when he returned and came within a day.  He found a bad connection in the junction box, spliced the wires and replaced the box.  We also used him October to replace a motion sensor/light on the garage and orient it correctly.  This was done quickly and efficiently and has been working reliably since.  Cost for sensor $89, service $150.

Bob was SUPER clean with my place, put booties as soon as he came in the house, and put up draping so the dust would not migrate out of the room.  When he was finished, he asked to borrow a dustpan and broom and apologized for not having his own.  The work is excellent - all the lights are perfectly lined up (8 of them in one room).  He made only the smallest of holes to fish the wires and patched them up perfectly.  I almost didn't write this review because I wanted to keep Bob as "my secret" but that's not fair to him.  Hire him, you won't regret it!

Arrived, diagnosed the problem, went out to obtain a light fixture, returned and installed it.

The work he does is fine, but good luck getting in touch with him. He doesn't return phone calls or e-mails. We have tried to get him to schedule an appointment for an estimate on running wires for a new thermostat, but we have given up!!

The installation of the new space heater, done on 6/5/14, began with Bob Tedesch pulling cover slippers over his shoes as he did during his first visit. The replacement of the heating element was a smooth and efficient operation, including covered the floor with a canvas sheet during the replacement. At the end of the job the room was as clean as it was before his first inspection.  He did a GREAT JOB.  I will certainly contact him on any future electrical project.
