Pamela is a phenomenal loan office and have worked with her on two occasions. She is knowledgeable and professional. Pam is extremely responsive to questions and has a tremendous sense of urgency. She made the experience enjoyable and I cant imagine working with anyone else.

Pamela was the ideal broker. Always responsive and willing to work to get us the best loan possible for our new house. Very upfront on the cost and details. Getting a mortgage these days can be a tedious and frustrating process. Pam found us the specific type of financing we required and facilitated the entire process in a timely and efficient manner. All rates and costs were as she predicted, and all communication was timely and forthright. I only wish all the other parties to our transaction (sellers, realtors, lenders, etc.) were as professional and efficient as Mortgage Master.
I hope I never have to get another mortgage, but if I need to I'll call Pam Steele.

Pam Steele was a pleasure to work with. We met up once and she went over the mortgage process with us which was great for first time home buyers such and my wife and me. We got the pre-approval quickly and knew exactly where we stand.
We liked a house initially but that fell through during inspection. Pam actually returned the money that we paid for the appraisal. Really very generous of her. She like another house (our current house) and we needed to close fast and Pam accommodated our needs and helped us close without any hassle within 3 weeks.

Pam was knowledgeable and responsive from the start. We went through an initial pre-approval process to get us ready for our home shopping experience and Pam helped us figure out a good price range based on what we could afford and, were comfortable paying. Once we were at the offer stage, Pam was quick to send over a series of letters to help us with the negotiation process. After we went under agreement, she quickly sent out the loan application and associated paperwork. the nicest part of this was that we were looking for a faster closing than normal once our inspection was done and Pam had no hesitation that she could get the loan approved and cleared for us in the time frame. True to her word, we were cleared to close almost a full week prior to the closing. Anytime I had a question, she would reply quickly, even when she was out of the office for personal affairs. Pam was great and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to shop for a mortgage or re-finance.

Pam is an awesome person to work with on a mortgage. She has always gone above and beyond in trying to find me the best deal and will work with you on deadlines and expectations that you may have/need. I have used Pam four times -- two new purchases, and two refi's, and Pam and her team have always been able to get the job done with the least amount of hassle. As I mentioned above, Pam and her team have always been courteous, professional, and respectful. They are prompt in getting back to me and always reach out right away if there is more information/data that they need from you. Customer service is highly important in dealing with this amount of paperwork, and I never had any issues at all getting in touch with Pam or her team in any of my transactions.
Pam always has the lowest combination of rates and closing costs and also offers no closing cost options. Pam is excellent! She fully explains the entire process and is very timely in returning calls and emails. She made the entire refinance process seamless. Pam also reviews the current rates and will inform past customers when the rates drop if they want to refinance. All in all, I wholly recommend Pam Steele as a loan originator!

This was the third time working with Pam on a personal mortgage. She handled the mortgage on the purchase of my condo back in 2003, a refinance of the same property a couple of years later and this recent purchase of our new house. Pam is always thorough in providing information, clear in her requests for documentation, supportive in answering the many questions that arise during the financing of a home purchase. Always professional in her demeanor , she is flexible and responsive especially when it comes down to the wire and the closing date gets closer. She ensures that communications channels on her team are open to mitigate the issues that invariably arise at the eleventh hour so that there are no surprises or unfinished business during the closing. I would recommend her without hesitation.
