They did a great job. One visit to see the property where Chris both set my expectations and learned from me what I was trying to accomplish. Everything was done when they said it would be done. And I couldn't even see the system once it was installed? They did a great job of reparing each area where a sprinkler head was placed.

Nothing out of the ordinary. They came, did the job and left.

I called a few service providers. One of them did not service our area and two others came and gave the estimates but I went with Northeast Irrigation for whatever reason it was. It was a positive experience. We started on the process late in the season and so, there were a couple of problems. First of all, we should have started the process in April or something like that. We then had to make a decision about who to go with and by the time, all the people who might be able to provide the services were very busy. I paid $1250 twice. The first time was at the end of May 2011. The problem was that the yard especially the raspberries and different things had taken off. It was very difficult to put in the lines and so, they weren't able to complete the job fully at least for that section because of the growth of the vegetation. They did what they could do and they said that they would come back in March or April 2011 before the vegetation would start growing. They would finish the whole job by putting an extra line. I thought that their price was good.

We had a sprinkler system installed in our front by someone else and wouldn't hire that company again. I found Phil's company on another website and called him to close down our sprinkler system. Phil was prompt, courteous and explained the system to me. Now I use him each year to open/close the sprinkler system and any repairs that it needs. Great guy to work with and I will definiately use him again and again.

It was fantastic! He was very quick and capable. He explained everything carefully. He was very prompt in returning my phone calls. He was also prompt in getting it turned on and off in the summer for me. He is very up to date on equipment.
