Description of Work: Charles Kraus and his team did an amazing job of turning our dreams into reality! They performed the design build of a whole house gut remodel that required structural repair, new mechanicals, new floors/walls/roof/kitchen/3 baths and more. Everything about the process was professional and the final product is superb. If we could give a grade higher than A, we would.

 + -1 moreThe company started on time. They worked quickly & quietly. Very professional, very neat & profectionist. The construction lasted about 2 1/2 months. (new floor, heating, new ceiling, new walls, outlets, hook ups for washer & dryer, vent out roof, moved washer & dryer up from cellar & connected them).
Description of Work: The company enclosed a porch to make a sun room and a laundry room with shelves, racks, etc.
