The dealership took two weeks to replace the engine and trunk latch. Due to the long period of time and poor customer service I received during the engine and trunk work, I called the Owner Christopher Lee regarding the key error. I asked Mr. Lee if he could expedite the repair due to the fact I was without my car for two weeks prior. I told him of my experience with the engine and trunk repair and he did not sound the least bit concerned. He was not helpful and extremely unprofessional. He said the following things to me. "I feel we do a good job here, so I wasn't going to crucify myself when I got your call". He also said "Some women are really mad at their Husbands and I have to remind them to get back to the car problem". My engine failing at 55,000 miles, broken trunk latch, and ignition switch have absolutely nothing to do with a marital relationship. I advise everyone to shop elsewhere!!!
Description of Work: My car was towed to the dealership, because of a "key error, try again" message. This the third time I had been back to the dealer in weeks. On 10/12/09 I dropped my car off for an oil consumption problem at 55,000 miles and broken trunk latch. On 11/3/09 I brought the car in for an electrical smell coming from the engine.

My experience was excellent. The service manager was excellent. He helped me with everything I needed. They gave me a loaner car. They were quick to answer all my questions and they were very knowledgeable. They took care of every problem I had and they answered all my questions.
