She is wonderful. She helped us to redesign, did a free consultation and helped us to pick up accent things from a department store. She went to the carpet place with us and helped us negotiate a good deal. She is a nice person and she goes out of her way for us especially when we are doing these kinds of things. Her price is on a percentage basis.
