Emory Patterson is excellent and he does a great job in this area. He can do all kinds of work because he builds an awesome house and he builds in Wellesley a lot. I would say definitely use him to build a new house because he is very reasonable and he has been doing it for a long time. He has received Builder of the Year awards from all over the country. Before he came here, he built around the Chicago area. He has built multimillion dollar gorgeous homes. Our family is from the Midwest, so I know the work he has done. He has got a great name out there and nobody has ever had a problem with him. His price was very reasonable and the quality was excellent. He is pretty much on the job for everybody to make sure that everything is done right. He was punctual and very professional. I would definitely use them again in the future.
