This is the 3rd time we have used them in 20 years.Their work last. Arrive early and leave late. It was very hot but they went on. Every day they left not leaving a sign they had been there. Very neat and organize

They were really good. After 6 years there is some blistering of paint in 3 or 4 places. The iron rail in the front of the house is starting to blister also.

We were very satisfied with their work. There was no problem at all. I would use them in the future.  

I used their website to request an estimate in May of 2010 and within a couple of days, Mike, the owner, was at my house and spoke to my wife.  I received a detailed written estimate a few days later that clearly outlined the work to be done and the cost associated with that work.  I discussed the proposal with Mike, got my questions answered right away and sent in a small deposit to get my job scheduled for later that summer. The team showed up ready to work each morning and put in long days to ensure that the work was done on time.  The crew was very neat and respectful of our property.    We could  not have been more please with their work of the end result.  I hope I do not have to have the house painted again for several more years, but when I do, Optimum will be my first call.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Owner of company came out for an extensive discussion of options. Provided recommendations including work on garage doors which saved some $1500 over replacement costs for doors. He was able to fit us into his schedule because construction work in general had been delayed due to bad weather. Team arrived and were quiet, polite, and efficient. (No radios or loud talking!) The work was accomplished quickly and with a minimum of disruption. The results were excellent. This is the ABSOLUTE BEST PAINTING COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, and the price was quite reasonable.

They were fantastic. Their work was of extremely high quality. They were very neat, polite and upfront about exactly what a particular job would take. The job that they did was a very tough one. They were very honest about what they could do and how they would have to do it in terms of extra coat of painting and stuff like that. They were very responsive. Their owner was terrific and the staff was wonderful. They were extremely polite. They were very neat and did a great job at cleaning up. They were very good and efficient. I have already lined them up for my next job.

The entire experience went very well. We got an estimate from president Michael Albrecht while it was still snowy early this spring. We arranged for the job to be done after gutter replacements, and this is exactly what happened. The Optimum team is courteous, neat, and professional. They do amazingly well at keeping scrapings out of the shrubs around the house, and at cleaning up every day. It's been rainy during the job, so they have come while it's dry out.

When I first contacted Mike by email, he replied right away and told me that he would swing by the next day and take a look at the house. He did that the next day while I was at work. When I got home, there was a complete and comprehensive package in my mailbox, including the quote, references, a picture of my house and a contract. The quote was very reasonable given the amount of sanding that needed to be done. Optimum started the job within four weeks of my signing the contract. And, quite honestly, it would have been sooner if I had picked the colors and had a contractor replace some of the rotted wood on a more timely basis. When the team arrived, there were 5 men who were working on the house. They worked from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm everyday (except for the days when we had some severe thunderstorms) and on Saturday as well. Their work was absolutely meticulous and the attention to detail was unlike any I've ever seen another painter do. They were very respectful of the neighbors (had no music playing). Everyday, the grounds were cleaned up, and everything was put back where it had been. They even washed all of the windows at the end of the job!!!! I highly recommend Optimum for any paint job you have. We plan on having them do interior painting this winter.

I don't remember how long the job took but I know it was done in less time than it had been by other companies in the past. This was because they sent a team of painters instead of a pair. The price was competitive and they cleaned up after themselves. I really liked the crew leader. He went the extra mile in every respect and even helped me pick out the color for the door.

They were very thorough. The prep work was exceptional. They showed up when they said they were going to. I give them the highest grades possible. The paint and material were included in the price. I would call them in the future for painting services.

They did a great job. The house looks fabulous. They worked from 7 AM to 7 PM most days for about a week. The quality of the work is excellent and both Michael and Roberto were very pleasant to deal with. I am a very picky customer and I highly recommend them. The price was a little higher than other quotes but it was a hassle free experience with high quality workmanship. Oh, and they were able to schedule my job within a few weeks of when I accepted their proposal. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Everything went as smoothly as possible.

The crew did an unbelievably good job on our Victorian house, as they have on 2 similar ones in our neighborhood. They took extreme care on all the details and exterior moldings, and it looks great as a result. The painters were very hard working and polite, though only the foreman spoke (limited) English. Mike, the company owner, is helpful and responsive. Recommend this company highly. Only problem was they are quite busy--job to be done in May wasn't started until July. Mike was very apologetic about this, and talked to us about it several times.

WE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH MIKE AND HIS CREW. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PROCESS WENT SMOOTHLY AND HIS FOREMAN, CLOVIS, WAS SUPERB. OUR HOUSE LOOKS GREAT. WE ARE VERY PLEASED.

THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, MICHAEL, COMES ON THE JOB. HE RETURNS CALLS PROMPTLY, AND HIS EMPLOYEES ARE VERY GOOD.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND OFFERED GOOD EXPLANATIONS AND EDUCATION. THE ONLY THING I WAS UNHAPPY WITH WAS THAT THE WOOD THEY USED TO REPLACE THE ROTTED WOOD WAS NOT INSTALLED SEAMLESSLY.

DID A GREAT JOB. THE CREW WAS FAST AND COURTEOUS. I HIRED THEM AFTER THEY DID A COUPLE OF OTHER HOMES LOCALLY, AND THOSE OWNERS BOTH RECOMMENDED THEM.
