He generally arrives with one other person and takes care of the job. Nothing fancy, a little rough, but its done. When I took over caretaking this house I found myself always waiting, wondering if he was going to come, as the lawn was awfully long or the snow not plowed, last on the street to be done. And occasionally I would have to call to get the plowing done so I could leave the house. I also did not like Impallaria's policy of pre-billed for mowing services. On more than one occasion we were also phoned and asked if we could pay the bill right away, a bit unprofessional in my opinion. Bottom line, its a fair job but for the market competitive price, I have found another provider who, at least thus far, is providing the same services with just more care and professionalism.

We called the company to cancel their services after one mowing. We told them about the problem of the grass being cut way too short. They said they were going to raise their mower blades the following week-end. They never offered to come to repair the damaged areas of the lawn. We decided not to use them again.
