Very simple - they replaced my iPhone charging port in 20 mins and saved me over $150! - Apple store indicated that once the recharging port gets enough debris or moisture it stops working - they had no port plugs or protectors or any solution to this problem - no answer to my concerns that the port is wide open and will eventually get all sorts of micro debris in it - they said, replace the phone - with some extra repair plan, it would drop the cost of new phone to $230 - I brought it to this shop that had sign in window that they do iPhone repairs - they looked at it, said it needs new port, they had it in stock, it took 20 mins for the tech to do it and it was done - simple, easy and a lot less expensive than a new phone - awesome!! Then I bought a $5 port plug online to protect it
