Shoe Repair
The proprietor told me it would be a week for this small job. Not wanting to search around, I agreed. When I returned in a week, he was unable to find my shoes and said he would call me when he found them. I never received a call. I did try calling more than 20 times over the next two weeks and could never get anyone to answer the phone. When I finally was able to return to the shop, he did have my shoes and did not charge me which was a nice gesture. Too much effort on my part for such a small repair.
