DM Bernardi submitted an estimate significantly under others we received. They started work when scheduled, protected our floors, carpets and cleaned up daily. They came to work on time and the site manager, John, was terrific. He organized other contractors and was receptive to new ideas. He helped clarify when additional work became necessary, such as when the plumbers found a major safety issue with our boiler. These areas were outside the scope of the project and added time but Bernardi was helpful and responsive.
