I just totaled my car and they have been excellent about trying to pay the ambulance bill and the bills of the insurance company won't and I think they are going to do that. Plus, they sent the check out within a week to cover my car that I totaled. They have been excellent about calling me back and have been very responsive. They are Mafrey Commerce now. They have called me at home and have called all the companies. They took care of my car right away. They have done everything. My deductible is very small, something like $250.  They gave me almost what I paid for my car, which I was very surprised. They gave me more than Blue Book value for it. The agents also let me know about all the credits I can get for things like AARP and AAA. We don't pay much for car insurance. I was very surprised at how excellent they were to deal with.

My furnace cracked and it blew black smoke all over the inside of my house. The insurance paid for everything and paid to get the black soot out of my house. They were pretty diligent about going through the entire house. They spent a lot of time and they were very careful. They did not give me a hard time. They filed a claim and sent adjusters right out. They came out for the mold and checked through it to see if it was covered under my insurance. They came out to confirm that it was caused by my roof leaking, but my roof does not leak. They are great.
