The actual installation was fine. My problem is after the work was done, Kevin became completely unresponsive when I tried to get him to schedule the town inspection that is required after they issue a permit for the electrical work. It has been many months, and the permit is still open because the work has not been inspected.

Not sure it's the same company. Kevin Washek with address in Framingham installed the JuiceBox 40. It works great, but he never completed the job by scheduling the town inspector to come to our house. He did get the permit. He has ignored repeated attempts over the last 5 months to schedule the inspection, all to no avail.

Had Washek relocate our house power feed from overhead to underground. They provided a complete price including the permitting, excavation & backfill, electrical and coordination with the utility company (NStar). The work was done promptly and in a clean, workmanlike manner. I will use them again. Only complaint would be the landscaper that they hired took a long time to backfill the trench after it was inspected.
