Great-Mr. Stewart is highly knowledgeable, thoughtful , easy to work with and reasonable in his charges. Recommend him highly.

I read the manual and did what I could do but it didn't solve the problem. I called Stewart and they coached me through the solution over the phone. They could have easily said they would have to come out and fix the issue but they didn't. Saved me time and money and got my dishwasher working again.

Attempted to fix, but the amount of parts that were broken and needed to be replaced ended up making it cost prohibitive to repair. Randy is very professional though and his labor prices were very reasonable.

Randy came out and quickly repaired the dishwasher. He did a great job and we will definitely use him again.

Left a message and got a very prompt return call and an appointment for the next day. It was on time, quick and a very reasonable cost. Would certainly use Stewart again.

In a word - GREAT!! Randy returned my call within an hour of leaving a voicemail - he said he'd be at my house at 2:30 - he was there at 2:30. He proceeded to install the dishwashers and did an IMPECCABLE job. He was calm, methodical, and installed and tested the dishwashers in about 2 hours, even though it was a challenging installation. From my initial call to completed installation - the elapsed time was less than 5 hours. I am a VERY satisfied customer, and would recommend Randy very highly. Reliable, Punctual, Competent, Honest, and Careful.

Great! Randy showed up right when he said he would and he was extremely honest which is a very rare thing when dealing with service people in my experience. I would highly recommend him!

His prices are very fair. He returns calls immediately and he is always on time. He is professional, friendly, and very honest.

He came with in 10 minutes. He was finished in about a hour. He was very quiet. The appliance seems to be working better again.

Randy was very knowledgeable and helpful when I initially spoke with him on the telephone about the problem symptoms.  He ordered the parts that were required, and arrived promptly at the scheduled time, fully prepared to complete the repair.  He is honest, and his price was very reasonable.  I will contact him again for any appliance service needs.

Randy is wonderful! After 3 failed attempts to fix our dishwasher by another contractor, Randy came out and spent two hours meticulously checking all systems to diagnose the problem. The part was ordered. He came promptly, when it arrived. He installed the part and ran the dishwasher to ensure it was in complete working order. I'm thrilled! He's meticulous about his work, and I'd use his services again in a heartbeat!

I am in the process of remodeling  my kitchen and the contractor found a large puddle under my two-year old refrigerator. Randy Stewart was most personable,, knowledgeable, and  professional. He  actually arrived at my home in less than two yours after my call as he scheduled. and not only fixed the issue but I was able to save all of my food.  He even gave me instructions on how to restart my Bosch dishwasher that was not working properly prior to  removing it from my kitchen. He suggested that it could be a minor computer glitch and explained how to correct it with the buttons.  If that does not work when it is re- installed I will be sure to call Mr. Stewart to the rescue!  

It was not heating due to vent to outside clogged. Turns out my vent had a flap on the exterior of house that jammed shut. Not only did the repair guy quickly diagnose problem but he took it upon himself to shovel path to the vent even after I offered him help. Very helpful overall.

Wouldn't you know it - he arrived and the dishwasher started working.  As with all people in his field, he charges a fee to come to the house (his was very reasonable).  I figured as long as he was here, he should check an icemaker in my refrigerator that wasn't working.  I had an extra one (I bought it not knowing one was included in the refrigerator).  He spent extra time replacing it, and he charged a very small fee over and above the fee to come to the house.  
While he was working on the refrigerator, he noted that ice was accumulating on the bottom of the freezer.  It's a common problem, but this particular model made it very complex to remove the ice and clear the pipe to the drain pan.  He came back a few days later to take care of it, and didn't charge me to do it.
He was fair, professional, and did very high quality work.  He's also very smart - he'll be recommended to folks I know, and I will call him for sure when I need his type of services.

He's very friendly, good sense of humor and he did a good job.

Mr. Stewart arrived as scheduled, fixed the dryer and answered some questions I had about my dishwasher and was finished in an hour or less. I would certainly call him again.

Stewart Appliance Service did a fantastic job. The whole experience was nice. Randy took my call at 9:30 AM - oven broken, need to bake a birthday cake! He came out at 10:45 the same day and actually had the DCS part in stock. The whole repair was finished by 11:20 AM. Randy was polite, punctual and efficient. How great is that?

Fabulous experience. Came out to assess problem, then ordered parts, then came out to repair. Very contentious, attention to detail. Came exactly when he said he would. Couldn't ask for more. Price was very fair.

Randy was fantastic, couldn't recommend more highly. He was able to come out and look at our leaking dishwasher the day after my initial call. He assessed it and quoted the repairs at roughly $300. He strongly recommended ? despite his own best interests ? that we just replace the unit. Once I decided on a new dishwasher, I called him back to see what he would charge to install it as opposed to having it installed by the store we purchased it through. He quoted us a cheaper price for install and removal, and actually applied the cost of the service call from the previous week to bring the cost down even further. We also asked him to install a microwave that we purchased at the same time, which he did for an additional $50.
All in Randy probably saved us $200+ on all of the services. He had great communication, was extremely punctual, professional and did great work. He will now always be my first phone call with anything appliance related.
