Mike and his crew spent a significant amount of time with us, showing us different prior projects so that we could decide what we wanted to do for the patio, island, and plantings. Mike was extremely patient and offered us many alternatives. Once the project started, since we were generally at work all day when his crew was at our home working, Mike stopped by almost every evening to see how we liked the progress. He gave us great advice throughout, based on his prior experience with similar projects. Rick designed the plantings around the patio and the yard. We are amazed with how beautiful everything looks.

The do our spring and fall cleanup. They're reliable and their pricing is fair. We have them snowplow for us in the winter and they're very reliable and thorough especially considering the special needs of our driveway. We haven't had many issues in the past and when we did, they worked with us on the pricing.

I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY USED POOR SOIL (FULL OF ROCKS; LARGE PIECES OF BROKEN GLASS, TILE, GARBAGE IN IT). THEY DID NOT PLANT THE SHRUBS PROPERLY -- THIS WAS CONFIRMED BY OUR EXPERT LANDSCAPE DESIGNER -- LEAVING WAY TOO MUCH OF THE STEM & ROOTS ABOVE GROUND. THEY LIED TO BOTH US AND OUR LANDSCAPE DESIGNER. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR 3 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEMS. THEY NEVER RESOLVED THE PROBLEMS. THIS WAS THE WORST CONTRACTOR WE HAVE EVER HIRED.
