Keller Electric Co

When we noticed that the circuit breaker for our new water heater was occasionally buzzing, we called Keller Electric on recommendation of a family friend. Peter came out and looked at the installation and determined that both the existing circuit breaker and and the supply wire were undersized for the new heater's peak amperage. He promptly replaced both. He seems a genuinely nice man and was even kind to our obnoxiously friendly dog.

He was quite good.  He did a wonderful work on a very difficult circumstance.  I would recommend him highly.  It was well worth the money.  He had to coordinate with the electric company to reattach the wires.  They had to kill the power at the pole, reattach them to my box and had to ensure nothing was fried or anything of that nature.  He checked all the systems inside because I am a computer person and I damn worried about any electricity that comes in.  He went through all the systems and made sure everything went back on and so forth.  He spent a fair part of the day there and had the power turned back on by the power company.  He took care of everything like under a day.  I am going to have him work at my mom’s house in a few weeks.  His price seemed comparable to most of the other folks in the area.  He was neither high nor low, it was pretty average.

He was good. Overall, the job went very well. He was on time and he was thorough. He gave me good advice. I thought that he was very fair and his prices were very fair. He was not trying to jack the price up by any means. He was very honest. It was a good experience. He was good and I would recommend him. He was referred to me by my plumber. He was timely and overall, a nice person. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Their prices are fair. He is a friendly guy and he's prompt. He is excellent.

I was not here when they did the work. I spoke with them and they gave me a written quote. Then I called and confirmed to them that they could go ahead and do the work. This was the first time I had them do any work for me. They did the work in a timely manner without any fuss. It was a very satisfying experience. The work required co-ordination with someone else who was expediting and back-selling. It also required co-ordination with an inspector. It was all external work and they did not have to enter the house. I don't recall having any problems at all and even if there was anything then it would have ended up quickly without leaving a scar. I have even recommended them to other people in town for electrical work.

The last time we hired them was to repair our electric after a tree fell down and tore out our electric service. He did a very good job and made some suggestions for improvement. We had him come before and give us an estimate for the upgrade but found out we needed him in an emergency before the upgrade. We will use him again.
