Prior to work, Chris sent me an email with the estimate. He also answered all questions and gave references that highly recommended him. Even though Chris came a little late to repair the stair, he called to let me know. He worked with one other person and finished the job that day. Even though they had to mix cement, everything was left neat and clean!

Chris is very nice, informative, and easy to work with. He was here for about half a day, then left his assistant to complete the work. His assistant cleaned up before leaving. We're happy with the finished product, both the materials and quality of the work. The only problem was that a small piece of backsplash initially didn't fit, nor did the first replacement, so we had to wait a few days for the work to be completed. Everything else was done in one day.

Chris had to work around our Contractor which was not easy. The job took too long and Chris had to fit us into his schedule whenever the Contractor finally got around to doing his part so that Chris and his tiler could continue. Working with Chris was a great experience. He is easy to work with and does a wonderful job. We are so pleased that we found him and would certainly use him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for marble, granite or tiling. He works along side an Interior Designer, Bonnie Parker Designs, who actually supplied our additional kitchen cabinetry and both our bathroom vanities. It was so much easier being able to work with Chris and Bonnie together.
