CHARLES MAZOKOPOS

My regular snow service had a breakdown, and I needed snow cleared for the next evening. I didn't demand "instant response", and he plowed in plenty of time. Charles took my call, plowed my drive, and charged a fair price. I don't think he encourages such "one time" engagements, so I hesitate to file this report, but he was so considerate and easy to communicate with that I will consider using him on a regular basis when the snow removal service I use now retires.

We called Charles when we needed some landscaping done. He came promptly but said he did not do small landscaping jobs. So we ended up hiring him to do our snow plowing. He comes promptly and does a good job. He does not get out and hand shovel which we would have liked but he told us this in advance. He does a good job and we have not had to call him to come.

Charles is reliable and does a good job. He generally plows after a few inches of snow have fallen and plows as many times as needed, without overdoing it. We have a standing agreement and haven't had to call him. He is careful not to block our garage or damage plants along the driveway.
