 + -1 moreIn working with Mr. Coxall and Watertown Savings over the past three years, I can say they were excellent partners for me. They proved to be faster and more flexible than other mortgage agencies I engaged. At every step, Mr. Coxall and his colleagues were consummate professionals in their handling of my loan applications and always responsive to my every concern. Plus, being local and well-capitalized, this bank removes much of the uncertainty of the home-buying process. I heartily recommend folks consider working with Mr. Coxall.
Description of Work: We needed financing for the purchase first of a short sale residence and, later, for a home that required the unusual provision of septic system holdback.
