Mike was such a breath of fresh air from the furniture megastores we'd already visited. He knew his product, and he was fun to talk out possibilities with. He answered all our questions and bent over backwards to schedule us a quick delivery.
Best of all, in with the mattresses, he had stowed some really lovely beds and prices that put the megastores to shame. Real wood, even -- at a price competitive to the bed we'd already ordered, which was definitely not real wood.
So we canceled our order and bought our bed from Mike too. When he delivered it, I was in the middle of trying to get our kid's crib out of her room, and he kindly disassembled it for me in addition to assembling the new bed.
I'd recommend him to anyone.
