We were referred to him by someone who owns properties and rents them to tenants, so despite not having read any reports on AngiesList we felt we could trust him. We ended up especially surprised at how despite his unassuming, easy manner he did work in a very competent fashion: Cleaned up after drilling, sanding, and painting; made repairs that have held solid for the months it's been until we've had the chance to write this review; and all for the most reasonable price we could have imagined. (Our price we paid includes cost of the door, paint for railings on a stairway, and for closet door slats, all parts, and all labor.)
