We have used TLK repeatedly. Our cat is always happy and relaxed when we got home. TLK has been consistently reliable, professional and trustworthy. I depend on them.

I've been using TLK PET CARE AND DOG WALKING SERVICE for years. They are by far the best pet service ever. They are professional, reliable and over the years have taken the best care of my pets. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about TLK. We met with Cheryl before using them for the first time. We were leaving for a week and were very nervous about using a new pet sitter. She was exactly on time and very professional. Her questions were extensive and on target. Our discussion and her interactions with our cat made us comfortable leaving her in charge. Our expectations were met. At our request, we received texts with pictures every day and when we got back our cat was in good shape, both physically and mentally. We have used TLK several times since then and have always been very happy.

Cheryl came to my home for a consult and it became very clear very quickly that she and TLK are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I have two cats, one of which is 18 years old and requires medication twice a day. I have to admit, even thought I felt comfortable with Cheryl and her team, I was concerned about leaving the older one. While I was away, I received photos of the kitties every day and updates as to how they were doing including eating, drinking, urination, bowel movements, and medication (important for the older kitty to monitor health). This made a huge difference for me and made me feel better about leaving since I could see them every day and know that they were OK. The older kitty had a follow-up blood work appointment scheduled the week after I returned and, not surprisingly in view of the great care he received, his blood work was perfect!

I have used TLK for 20+ years and have never been disappointed. When I am away (and sometimes for a long period of time), I know that when Cheryl and her staff are taking care of my cats, they do it with the utmost compassion and care. Currently, one of my senior cats requires SQ fluids which TLK administers. The benefit of knowing they have the skill set to do this, gives me extreme confidence in them. Not only does TLK feed and clean the litter box, they spend time socializing with the animals which is important. Additionally, if plants need to be watered or mail collected, they will do that as well. A full service, high quality organization. I love them, trust them wholeheartedly and don't know what I would do without them.

I have used TLK several times since I moved into the Boston area and couldn't be more pleased. For a fee of $28 per visit to the house, they spend 1/2 hour with my cat, which includes feeding her, changing the litter, playing with her and/or spending lap time, sending me a photo and brief update, collecting mail and packages, and watering plants. TLK is trustworthy with my property, and they give me infinite peace of mind when I must be away from my pet. I highly recommend them.

Cheryl Wilson and her staff at TLK are the very best. I would not entrust my cat's care to anyone but TLK. Cheryl and Connie have cared for my cat for many years. They go above and beyond in their care for our cat and our home. They secured our home during the snowstorms of 2015 and followed up with daily phone calls. They have been immaculate in their pet care and have taken in our mail. Sadly, our cat died while we were on vacation. Connie took our cat to the hospital. and Cheryl called us on our way to the airport with her gentle and caring help. My husband and I are most grateful for everything they have done for us. Do not hesitate to call them. They love animals and are kind to owners as well, and it shows in their daily care.

TLK gives us peace of mind while we're away. We can trust them to provide quality pet care, they also will administer medications and trim claws if requested. In addition they will bring in mail and water plants. We highly recommend TLK for your pet care needs.

It went great! I'm a teacher so we had a break this summer, but we are picking up again on a regular basis. They were very responsive to my questions. They gave me great advice, and were flexible with timing and reasonably priced. I truly feel that they love my dog, and it's clear in how he responds to them, that he feels loved and well taken care of.

Very well, as always! TLK Pet Care makes traveling a pleasure not having to worry about my cats. Daily visits can be scheduled or as needed and it is well worth not having to take the cats away from their home. All personell are professional / skilled pet lovers as well as trusting people who can also do minor tasks (check mail, water plants, etc.) around your home while away. TLK is our regular cat sitter when we travel.  they are very professional.  they take great care of the cats.  give medicine when needed.  send me daily texts and pictures.  I enjoy my travel much more knowing TLK is taking care of our fur babies.

Cheryl and or staff have been taking care of my two cats while I am away for over 10 years. I trust them completely and they always do a great job. One of my cats requires three medications which is not a problem for them to administer. They leave very detailed notes as to what they did and anything they consider noteworthy. As a bonus they'll take in your mail, water your plants, etc. I highly recommend them.

We've been using TLK for several years and we love them! Our 3 dogs really enjoy attending playgroup a couple of days per week and always come home happy and tired from playing and socializing with other dogs and the staff. All the staff at TLK are wonderful - their love of dogs is evident - special shout out to Mark, Connie and owner Cheryl. We know our dogs are in good hands! Cheryl and her staff are all very professional and Cheryl is always extremely responsive to inquiries or schedule changes. The prices are very reasonable especially considering that they pick up and then drop off your pet. They always leave a note with how things went that day, which is a great touch! We are so lucky to have them in our neighborhood.

I have been relying on TLK PetCare for 20+ years to care for my dogs and cats.  Cheryl and her staff are 100% reliable and knowledgeable.  They have done daily visits, and also extended visits while we were away on vacation.  I have come to trust Cheryl so much that when we were away and had to leave an ageing dog, I gave Cheryl a health care proxy to make decisions for him should we not be able to get back:  that kind of trust speaks volumes.  She and her staff do care for your pets as if they were their own.  Cheryl has also contacted me while I was away as she was concerned about my cat, who seemed to not be eating/drinking.  She recommended taking him to the vet, which she did; in fact, my cat had an intestinal obstruction.  She and her staff don't miss a thing; they know normal animal behavior, and they know what's NOT normal animal behavior.  When she and her staff have cared for my variety of pets I have been able to have a worry-free, stress-free vacation knowing how well they were cared for.  As an extra, if you are away they will also bring in mail, water plants, etc., an extra not always offered with other services.

They have always been fantastic. I wouldn't hire anyone else. They take care of the house as well, brining in mail, putting out trash, taking trash can in, and they take the BEST care of your pet. They are a true jewel of a company. Everyone who works there loves all types of animals and it clearly shows in the job they do.

great.  it is always nerve wracking to leave your pets while traveling but TLK was great.  the owner came by first to meet the cats (and me).  I took her through the house and where everything was.  they even water your plants for you while your gone.  came home to happy cats.  just great.

Went away for long weekend.  Cheryl returned my call promptly and agreed to come care for my two cats on short notice.  She fed them, took care of the litterboxes and played with them. She also left me a note to inform me of how they did, to keep me updated on their condition

TLK Petcare is an extraordinary service. We have used Cheryl Wilson's service for about 5 years and cannot recommend it or her highly enough. We leave for vacations secure in the knowledge that our cat will be lovingly cared for with every detail attended to from feeding to clean-up. Our cat is not the friendliest, yet TLK does not hold that against us or her! They lavish attention on her by playing with her and gently coaxing her. No only is our cat well cared for, but our house gets the benefit of a daily inspection with our plants watered and our mail collected. When we arrive home, there is a detailed summary of the services provided and a journal of our pet's care and activity.
What more could we ask for? This is a professional and friendly company who knows the meaning of customer service. They are prompt in answering questions and most reliable and trustworthy.
I have not used their dog walking service, but I can only imagine that it is as caring and wonderful as their cat sitting service.

My wife and I both work during the day but use to have our office closer to our home so could sneak out during the day to make sure our dog was taken care of during the day.  When we moved and couldn't do this anymore we were a bit concerned because our dog is aggressive toward other dogs.  Connie and Cheryl have been great with our dog since we started using them for our walking service earlier this year.  They take our dog on solo walks for 30-45 minutes a day and give us an update on how the walk went to assuage any fears we might have.  It has been about six months now and we have never had a day when they did not show up.

Cheryl and her team are amazing. We have relied on them for many years, whenever we go away for a weekend or an extended vacation. The first time we called Cheryl, she scheduled a visit with us to meet our cat and learn where we keep all of the things our cat would need. Our cat (who is not particularly friendly with people she doesn't know) responded very well to Cheryl and even let her pet her right away. I was quite impressed, as she typically doesn't let people other than our family touch her. That first experience went very well, and we've called her every time we've needed care for our cat since then.

Once, when we were away during a large snowstorm, Cheryl's team shoveled a path in our driveway and to our door, so that when we returned home late at night, we were able to get into the house without falling through the snow to get to the door.

Cheryl and her team clearly care about the pets they are caring for, as well as their families. While visiting to take care of our cat, they notice things like whether she needs her claws trimmed, if she is eating well, if there's too much or not enough urine output, and if there are any signs of hairballs or accidents. They take care of anything that needs to be taken care of (brushing the pets, trimming the nails, and cleaning up any messes). Our cat is 20 years old and has had a thyroid condition for many years, and Cheryl and her team always let us know if they notice anything that would indicate we should talk to the vet. Whenever we return home, we find a detailed note about their visits and our cat's behavior.

Cheryl is also always available by email and will offer suggestions to help keep our cat healthy. When our cat recently stopped eating for a day, Cheryl described what the issue might be and pointed out what the right solution might be before our vet got back to us with the same recommendations! She and her team (most notably Katie, who has often taken care of our cat for us) show through the way they work that they really do care about the pets they are taking care of, and I feel so fortunate that we found them to take care of our cat so many years ago.

TLK has worked for me for over  ten years, multiple times each year. They take care of my entire house, including feeding, cleaning , personal l involvement in paying bills, and frequent communications with the Owner. They are entirely trustworthy and dependable.

TLK provided wonderful, dependable pet care service while we were on vacations.  We received detailed reports, and even emails with pictures.  Also  monitored house, raised and lowered shades, opened and closed windows, and watered plants.  We highly recommend their service.
