Berge was great.  Would highly recommend.  Great responsiveness, service, and a quality product.

They have done ongoing work since the early 1980s.  Always fast; require little work from me - came and did the work without requiring me to be present (all work was outside). left premises clean and respond to questions clearly. No trade up or other kinds of pressure.

I needed a door replaced due to a fire. They are very professional, nice, and on time. They were great about giving suggestions on what kind of door I should purchase. Very trustworthy, reliable and honest. I recommend their service.

Replaced old storm door on our Victorian - larger than standard.  We visited the showroom and were given choices/advice/and information.    They came and measured that same week.  I wasn't home for the installation, but my wife was impressed with the expertise and obvious pride that went into the job.  We love our new door!!  Super-high quality, professionally  installed, and great looking.

Our experience was top notch for the installation of our Signet by Provia front door! Customer service was excellent and installation occurred just a few short weeks after ordering. Not only did the company do a great job with the door, but they hung our new mailbox, installed a new doorbell and purchased and installed the trim we would need for inside and procured from Provia the stain we needed to match the door! I agree with a previous reviewer that you get what you pay for ... And we couldn't be more pleased!

The people this company hired to install the windows broke 3 windows during installation which extended the job as new windows had to be ordered. They left broken glass on the ground, did not clean up properly.

Perfect promptness. Remedied shoddy work performed by prior installer. Doors were top quality. Don't come here looking for a bargain. This is truly a case of "you get what you pay for." Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Deposit was received on 10/18/14 and product was ordered, but Stormtite sent it back because the measurements were not correct. The product was installed two months later. I have used this company several times before and never had a problem or a delay. It was a minor inconvenience. They are always professional and reliable.

We are very pleased with the siding job Stormtite did.  Enjoyed working with John.  He was very patient in answering our questions, took us through the whole process -- what to expect, how it would turn out, the costing details, timeline, etc.  Great Customer Service.  The job was executed according to the plan.

Mike did a superb job.  Great attention to details.  He treated our house like his own.  Kept the job site clean everyday.  And he is a great communicator.  Rave reviews from neighbors.

John told me how long it would take to get the windows made; they were ready exactly when he said.  He told me when he would install them and how long it would take; they were there when they said they would be and did the job within that time frame.  He gave me an estimate and stuck to the price.
I was pleased with the work and working with John was also a pleasure.  Everyone in the office and on the job was also very helpful and friendly.  Thank you very much!

From start to finish, this project went so smoothly.  I wish all contractors were this easy to work with! 
Berge came to our house to give us an estimate and a recommendation on the type of windows we should have installed.  He took the time to discuss why he recommended Okna windows and that other customers are extremely satisfied with the brand.  He was very responsive and transparent with the estimate.  It was slightly higher than a few of our other estimates, but it was clear to my wife and I that Berge and his team would do the best job and would be the easiest to work with.  We are glad we picked Stormtite!
The installation went very well.  The price was exactly what we were quoted and they finished the project in 2 days, just like they said in their estimate.  The installation crew was extremely professional and did a great job cleaning up each day.  Our neighbors even commented on their professionalism and the throrough work they did throughout the day.  The only issue we ran into was two of the windows were supposed to have full screens instead of half screens.  I brought this to Berge's attention and he immmediately ordered full screens and came to my house personally to install them.  He also let me keep the half screens for no charge in case we have holes.  Like I have said, they are very thorough.  The windows also come with a lifetime, transferrable warranty.  That will be a great selling feature, especially given the age and condition of some of the homes in our area. 
Lastly, the windows look gorgeous!  Berge's recommendation was excellent and we could not be happier with the decision to bite the bullet and spend the money to get modern, working windows.  In case anyone is wondering how white windows look with original gumwood trim, the answer is amazing.  We were hesitant to go with white, but are so glad we did.  It brightens up every room while maintaining the original charm with the gumwood.  I know true historical preservation people will disagree, but my wife and I could not be happier.  Our condo finally feels like our home!  The last few weeks of cold weather have been a good test of the performance of the windows and they pass with flying colors.  There are no drafts and we have yet to turn on the heat. 
Thanks again to everyone at Stormtite.  We would highly recommend them for anyone in the Watertown/Belmont/Cambridge area and will definitely use them if we need any windows, doors or siding done to our house in the future.  Great work.

Berge the point man came to house for estimate 1 day after my initial call.  Made recomendation according to match  the other windows and since we live on 2 story condo it was inpoortant to match upstairs too  Berge proactively viewed the upstairs without me asking.  2 weeks later the crew came to install.  Arrived early and finished the job in 2 hours.  Explained to me how to clean the windows.  Very courteous and professional from start to finish. We will use them again.
After the job completed they went outside with dustbuster vaccuum and cleaned upt the debris,well done!

Berge did an excellent job showing me the different options, and once I had selected a product, he called to let me know when they arrived and made a plan for installation that was convenient for my schedule.  The installers were quick and tidy and the transformation was impressive.  They removed all of the old windows and accessories and were on their way.  My only criticism is that they could have done a slightly better job with the caulking and I am finding little screws in my flower beds.  For the quality of product, customer service, and result, I am very happy with Stormtite.  I will use them again when I replace my attic windows.

It took longer and cost a little more than I wanted to spend but I will say in their defense that this started in January or February and
there was a lot of snow & cold. Also the price did go up because of some extra wood work that was needed. I did appreciate the fact that Berg accepted my coupon from Angie's list even though I didn't mention it or include it in my signed proposal. (I had lost it but found it just before the installation.) Although it's still new this seems to be a quality door installed correctly unlike my previous door.

The came quickly and fixed the screen.

This is the 3rd time we have used Stormtite.  Stormtite had sided the house with vinyl and replaced all other windows in the house 19 years ago. When we did an addition 12 years ago, Stormtite provided the windows and the siding.  The inside and outside finish work was beautiful, the windows look great and work beautifully. We are once again very pleased.

Extremely satisfied!  They showed up when they said they would, did excellent work, pleasant and professional. Mike and his crew did a terrific job; Mike is a real craftsman. I have received many compliments, including "looks like a new house," from neighbors and friends.
