We would not recommend them. It was a great deal of money for drying out rugs. It turned out there was a problem in the floor and they advised that there were multiple causes of the dampness. We would not use their services again.

"This job was performed when there was a continous period of rain. The reason the drying, cleaning, water removal, deodorizing, mold and mildew treatment etc. was prolonged because the concrete flooring under the carpet and padding was cracked and defective and water was continuously seeping in unknown to the customer and the company."

He is wonderful, but not cheap. He will either come to your house and clean the rugs, or take them for cleaning at his facility. The quality of work is very good and the overall experience with him is excellent.
