Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
TOM IS A VERY SKILLED AND CARING CARPENTER WHO SPECIALIZES IN KITCHENS AND BATHS. HE WOULD HAVE EARNED MORE EXCELLENT RATINGS IF HE HAD PAID MORE ATTENTION TO COMMUNICATION DURING THE PROCESS AND IF THE LAST 5% OF THE JOB HADN'T DRAGGED ON LONGER THAN SEEMED NECESSARY. WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE ADVICE HE GAVE US ABOUT OUR DESIGN OPTIONS AND WITH THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK. A LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH AT THE END LEFT US A LITTLE DISENCHANTED, BUT I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND HIM TO FRIENDS, PARTICULARLY BECAUSE I'VE HEARD SUCH HORROR STORIES ABOUT OTHER CONTRACTORS.
