One of the door sensors became faulty and kept reporting that a door was open, although it was closed. This would cause the alarm to trip. I called SAS, and they sent a technician the next business day. In about an hour, their technician had traced and repaired the problem.
SAS has been monitoring my home alarm system for almost 16 years. They are always courteous and professional, the work is of good quality, and their prices are reasonable.

At one point the alarm had gone off (not because of a burglary) and they came very quickly. They were very friendly and they explained the system to us very patiently several times. They were very pleasant people. They maintain an office 24 hours a day for emergencies and it seems to be there. We were very satisfied with them.

This is great company, locally owned and ran. The installation people were very attentive to our security needs and didn't try to sell us more than our house needed. When we had to replace a door, the maintenance staff was quick to rewire the alarm system on the door and get us back on line. Most importantly, we have had no false alarms at all for three years, and on occasions when the alarm was set off accidentally, they were quick to contact us and the police.
