It was a very difficult time both times. The first time, the repair which he estimated at $450 when I got there, ultimately became $1200. He didn't really give me an option...he had ripped out the old system. I asked him how long it would take, he said 3 hours...so I waited. It ended up taking EIGHT HOURS of sitting around in his showroom. There was absolutely no apologies; instead he was pleased how he had saved me money. When I returned several weeks later when some parts arrived, I asked him how much to do another small job. He said $150. This time it turned out to be $450. Again, I had to wait for SEVEN hours, with my son, because he had said it would take only 2 hours. Both times, when I had to use the restroom, I received a myriad of questions and dirty looks from some of the other employees. The whole experience was terrible. Unless you're doing an expensive customized job that you are willing to spend a lot on, I would recommend going somewhere else.
