JOE IS ONE OF THE ONLY ELECTRICIANS I KNOW WHO WILL PATCH THE HOLES HE MAKES PUTTING IN WIRES. SO MANY ELECTRICIANS REFUSE TO DO IT. THAT'S A GOOD POINT. HOWEVER, AT $90 PER HOUR, HAVING A SINGLE PERSON DO THE WORK WAS KIND OF A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. HE WAS HERE NEARLY 10 HOURS. I APPRECIATE THE HARD WORK AND DEDICATION, BUT IT WOULD HAVE GONE SO MUCH FASTER WITH AN ASSISTANT WITH HIM. PAYING SLIGHTLY MORE PER HOUR WORKS IF THE JOB CAN BE FINISHED MUCH MORE QUICKLY. I'D USE HIM AGAIN, BUT ONLY IF I FELT THE JOB WAS ONE WHERE A SINGLE PERSON COULD DO IT.
