Description of Work: I'm applying for a Mass Save insulation rebate and 0% Loan for my home in Watertown. The application requires a certification from a licensed electrician that there is no active Knob and Tube wiring in the areas to be insulated, including the basement, the attic and all the outside walls. My house had considerable work to be done to meet this requirement. The work needed to be done urgently as I'm preparing to rent rooms in a month. I already had one bid from another contractor which was prohibitively high. From the first call, Paul understood my situation and responded quickly. He came over within couple of days, gave me a bid that was extremely fair, and began work immediately. He finished the work promptly, and did considerably more work than was in the contract, adding a new direct "home run" feed for the washing machine, adding light fixtures, doing lots of re-wiring where he found less than desirable conditions in the existing wiring. All without any additional charge.
