My family moved out of our 2nd floor walkup condo in Cambridge into a 120+ year old home in metro west and the Olympia crew did an amazing job in both situations. They flawlessly packed the kitchen and loaded all our belongings safely into the truck, even navigating complex Cambridge parking restrictions, including street cleaning and road construction! They were willing to move furniture around in the new home as well. I was also really impressed by the office's ability to make last-minute changes to our service, including removing some pieces of furniture that we no longer wanted at a very reasonable price. We have used Olympia for 3 full pack, load, storage and deliver moves and 1 load only partial move. In all cases they have preformed with excellence. Top marks for Eddie to get the moves set up correctly and easily, and to the packers and movers on the day of the moves. Post move the customer service is excellent for helping with any issues that came up on move day. I highly recommend Olympia.

We used Olympia Moving for and in town move today and had just the best experience! The movers were so friendly and accommodating when we asked questions or made suggestions. They assembled and disassembled a complex loft bed with ease and accuracy. They moved our entire house in approximately 4ish hours - we were in awe! However their professionalism and demeanor was most impressive! Trust me - we shopped around for movers and the price was competitive and fair but definitely well spent. Use Olympia movers!!!!

Candy Longo and Eddie McDaid at Olympia Moving in Watertown, MA were absolutely Phenomenal - and others there were also. When my husband was in the military we made moves every two years. And when he entered the corporate world, we made several moves also. We have never dealt with two people directing operations who are not only so easy and pleasant to work with but who are also so incredibly professional. They both did everything they could to make our storage with Olympia and then the actual move as easy and stress free for us as possible. Over this period, I have gotten to know them and there was never a call or an email sent that wasn’t answered promptly and expertly. They really know what they’re doing and take pride in doing things the right way. And everyone from the packers to the driver had this same attitude! Olympia obviously has great leadership and it shows in the pride their employees take in what they do. They are just a bit more expensive than some but this is a situation where you really do get what you pay for and not having a bunch of damage in a move is worth it. They really are the best!

Olympia was great. There was a snafu with scheduling, but the coordinator got right on it and made sure our move took place on the date planned. The guys they sent on both the pack out and delivery were professional and courteous. They made sure our things were placed in the right spots, disassembled and reassembled our furniture and wrapped things carefully to avoid scratches to our walls or items. Would definitely use again.

Our firm used Olympia Moving for an internal move from a 2nd floor to a 1st floor without an elevator. It was not an easy job but the guys were very professional, courteous, and engaging on where items should be located. Highly recommend Olympia Moving! QRGA, LLP Norwood, MA

Olympia moving is by far the best moving company I have ever used. Thier people across the board are outstanding. From the Packers to the office staff are the best. My wife and I could not have had a better moving experience. This is the fourth time we have had moved across the country and this was hands down the best. I would give them 10 stars if I could. There is a reason they were voted best moving company in Boston. If you need a local or cross state mover don't waist your time with looking anywhere else. Olympia is your team!

Overall very good experience with Olympia. The movers were incredibly efficient and took great care of our belongings. They completed the move more quickly than expected and under the quoted price, which was already very attractive to begin with! The only complaint I had is that there was a system computer error the morning of our move, and they forgot to send movers to our apartment. We were delayed 2 hours as a result and the communication could have been better, but once the movers arrived they did a fantastic job! Our sales rep gave us a discount for the delay and was very apologetic, so they recovered nicely.

Loved the fact that Eddie did a virtual walkthrough rather than asking us to detail everything we needed moved in order to get an estimate. Eddie made us feel very comfortable with the process right from the beginning. I tried to get multiple estimates, but one company did not call me back and the other wanted me to detail everything we wanted moved on my own in order for them to provide us an estimate. I did not have time for that type of task as we needed to focus on actually packing. On the day of our move, Jason, Charlie and Rodrigues were a great team. Very professional, very efficient and at the end of our move actually managed to get our oversized couch into our unit when they had doubts about it initially. They worked with my Husband to make a plan to remove treads in our riser-less staircase and they were able to get the couch onto our second floor by lifting it through the staircase. Very impressive team. I'd recommend them any day! THANK YOU!

Lance was amazing! Lance made sure the move was smooth. He was on time with his crew; they worked the entire time carrying large loads up and down our immense amount of stairs. They were extremely fast while taking good care of our belongings. Lance maneuvered the truck beautifully along narrow, difficult to navigate roads without a single issue. Everyone we worked with at Olympia Moving & Storage was helpful and professional. We communicated several times with Ida, Candace and Lucie to set up our move and ask questions before moving day. Our driver, Calin Moldovan, was present for both the loading and unloading and helped coordinate everything. The teams of movers in both states were helpful, friendly and did a terrific job. I recommend Olympia for interstate moves.
