I am very happy with the quality of the work and the cabinets. However, the experience was frustrating. We ordered custom cabinets to match what we already had in our kitchen. When they were delivered, it turned out that the doors were not what we'd ordered (they had an extra "rout"). I understand these things happen, so we were cool with that. It took months to get the new cabinet doors. We checked in occasionally and were told that the cabinet doors were ready, and the installer would be calling us "soon"....but we never received the call. After outright badgering them into it, the installer finally called back and we set up an appointment to have him come and install the doors. The installer himself was very nice, I certainly would recommend him personally, but some of the "new" drawers were exactly the same as the old ones--they didn't match what we'd ordered. So again, they had new ones manufactured. Again, I had to call and check in because I never heard anything. Again, I was told that the doors were ready, the installer would be calling us "soon". Again, I had to badger them and finally we were able to set up an appointment with him. He was very nice, but the process was frustrating. I was repeatedly told that we would be called as soon as he had an opening in his schedule. However, if this was the case, why did I only ever receive calls a couple of hours after badgering the salesperson about it? Why did it never happen in the intervening weeks/months? The bottom line for me is....we took delivery of the cabinets in October, and just last week (mid-February) the problems were finally resolved. For the amount of money we paid, that seems unacceptably long.
