Flooring
He is skilled and offers competitive prices -- he was the cheapest price quoted -- but was somewhat unprofessional. He did not dispose of his own trash, changed his price after quoting it, did not turn up one day and was impossible to contact, made a small mistake (one of the tiles collapsed) but didn't come back to fix it.
