I really like that he was able to come out the same day that I called. He was polite and was able to access the problem and got right to work to clear it up. I liked that he made sure everything was working right before he left.

Joe and his crew did a great job, despite Keyspan's inaccurate estimate of how much time it would take to do the job (Keyspan said 2 days, reality was more like 4 - no fault of the plumbers). The work was thorough and well-done, and Joe spent the time to show me everything he did. They cleaned up, and left me feeling like I'd gladly call them for other plumbing jobs.
