Description of Work: Replaced garage foundation. As they went along they found additional rotting wood that also needed to be replaced. They were great about completing the job professionally.

 + 0 moreI had to remind Joe Cimino and Son about the estimate. He came out so that he can give my estimate by Tuesday, he didn't have my estimate when I called him back. He said "I'm really sorry, blah, blah, blah." He came over, he did say some nice things but I didn't get my estimate. He's a nice guy, seem to know his stuff but I had to call him all the time to get him to come back out and come out here for the estimate. I had to call him again to get the estimate which I never received. I got two referrals for him from here. I think he's too busy.
Description of Work: He was supposed to give an estimate to redo the master bedroom, bathroom and attic.

Description of Work: Joe looked at our siding and recommended replacing it with cedar planks and PVC corner boards. He also recommended some properties where we could look at his work.

 + 3 moreI like Joe Cimino. The work was really well done with beautiful carpentry work. He was basically very punctual and got the job done close to what he said he would. His pricing was reasonable also. I would give him and lsquo;A's across the board and absolutely use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Joe Cimino & Son Inc. He did major remodeling of our home. He did work on the roof, a new ceiling for the bathroom, kitchen, deck, drywall and painting.
