Very professional. Wonderful experience. From the call that generated a visit, we promptly received the quote, engaged in their services. They worked diligently to complete the project. The power wash alone did wonders on the house. The manager assisted us with color selections including multiple samples that required multiple visit. They are meticulous with the work- and very attentive to detail, not to mention very pleasant. Overall, we love the work they did, both on the outside and inside. We would definitely hire them again.

We had Hratch and his crew do a lot of interior painting last winter. We were very pleased with them then, so we called him again to paint the outside, and we were not disappointed. Hratch has high standards for the work his crew does, and they do very good work. When the work was completed, I saw him going around pointing out things to correct where I didn't see a problem. When I did see a problem, Hratch was very responsive. He's a nice, honest guy. The workers are all good people. No loud music or loud conversations. A little expensive, but an excellent value.

It went very well. Hratch is clear about his contract. The people he hires are pleasant and very good at their work. The work was done ahead of schedule. I highly recommend him.

I recently did a color change in my bedroom, living room, entry way, bathroom and hallway. In addition to the painting IMG Painting also cut down a half wall between my kitchen and living room and put in a granite countertop. The workers finished the painting within a few days and then started on the countertop. They arrived on-time each day and cleaned up before they left at the end of the day. They are extremely professional and make their customer their top priority making sure they are happy with the job. I feel like I live in a new condo and couldn't be happier. I would hire them again to handle other home improvement projects in my home and have already referred them to others.

Excellent! IMG Painting was professional from start to finish. They consulted and provided expert guidance throughout the process. The house looks immaculate and after the job was done, the house was so clean it was as if they were never here. Very well. It was raining a lot this spring but they worked long hours on the days that it wasn't raining in order to get the job done as quickly as possible for us. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. They also were very good about cleaning up at the end of each day. They did a great job.

Hratch and his team turned our house into a home. We were quoted by other companies, but his pricing was very competitive and his work was worth much more than what was quoted. Very professional, neat, punctual, and made sure that he and his team finished every minute detail. He treated our home as if it was his. It went very well. We priced out several painters, and Hratch was the most competitive, while still maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism. He walked us through the whole process, and came by to make sure all of our issues were addressed before the job was started. He gave his opinion (when asked for) very comfortably, and had good advice. He also did a good job matching our color selections. His workers were on time every morning, and were nice and trustworthy people. They had a good work ethic, attention to detail, and get the job done perfectly and right on time, despite this being a very short notice project. Hratch and his crew were top notch, and I will hire them the next time I need them (which, based on the quality of their work, might not be for a while).

Excellent job. Very fine attention to a long neglected plaster wall. Hratch and his team did extensive wall prep and took what was a run down student rental and transformed it into a live-able owner occupied condo. He did the job on 24 hours notice and completed the work in 46 hours. Amazing. Unit sold for 70K over list.

Hratch and his team did an outstanding job. His communication style was great from day one. He understood our timeline and went above and beyond in getting in done for us. The paint job was the best I have ever seen. The attention to the trim, ceilings, radiators, windows, etc was amazing. His team left the house clean everyday. Best of all, we have found our “go to” for any and all projects related to painting for as long as we live in the Boston area! First, at this time of year when everyone is so incredibly busy, it’s hard enough to get someone to answer or return your calls. Despite a hectic and demanding schedule, Hratch made things happen. He swung by our house late one evening to scope the job, and provided us a *fair* and reasonable quote soon after. As with anything, being a flexible customer makes the service provider more willing to cooperate (and vice versa). We were patient and flexible with IMG’s availability, and Hratch was equally if not more patient and flexible with us as we took quite a while to finalize our decision on colors. The level of calmness, politeness, and customer attention exhibited by Hratch and his amazing crew (Armando & Leo) was second to none. Our plan was to have his crew paint our newly-replastered living room walls and ceiling. A few days before the job, we asked if it were possible to also paint our foyer, time permitting, and Hratch did not hesitate. Not everyone would do such a thing (understandably), which lends to just how accommodating and professional IMG was the entire time. We have a lot of wood trim and woodwork in the living room and foyer, and they were extremely cautious in protecting all of the exposed surfaces. They did an amazing job priming the walls, sanding down and re-filling any imperfections in the new plaster (because it’s never perfect!), and beautifully applying the colors to the ceiling and walls. They also filled in cracks / imperfections between the trim and the wall with wood-colored caulk, something we never even thought of asking for but nonetheless a GREAT added touch and level of detail! One really impressive and fortunate sidenote: we had new canister lights installed in the ceiling prior to plastering – as a precaution, before IMG started painting, they wanted to make sure the baffles fit into the cans. Sure enough, one of them did not, because the can was warped (oval hole rather than cylindrical) – and Hratch personally fixed this can, carefully scribing the plaster around the can and refitting it into its proper circular shape, and spot-filling the imperfections. If they hadn’t had the foresight and experience to account for such a detail (something that should’ve been caught by the electrician in the first place), we would have been royally screwed – the paint job, plaster, all of it.. would have been messed up. This is a level of detail and professionalism that I was in awe of. Regarding our last-minute request of painting the foyer.. we fully expected the crew to just paint the foyer as-is.. new color on top of the existing old plaster, no frills, no big deal. I swung by the house on my lunch break, eager to see how things were going…they had spot-filled ALL of the imperfections on the walls of the foyer… so much so, that there was more patching compound on the wall showing than original paint! I was so impressed – and yet, their response was “well, yea.. it’s gotta be done right! You want it to look good!” – you don’t get this sort of work ethic and craftsmanship from just anyone. I would have paid DOUBLE of what we ended up paying for this job, just for the peace of mind of knowing that this was done at a high level of detail, with a hard-working crew, and a dedicated business owner who runs a great operation. I would be remiss if I did not also comment on how incredibly well Hratch treated his crew – his interaction with them, the level of communication, respect, and trust… very refreshing in this day and age. Anyone can try and run a company and hire a crew of guys --- but not everyone can do so with such high character and work ethic.

Hratch and his crew did an excellent job on our house. We have a very large house (2 condos) and quite a bit of rotten wood from the snow storms last winter. Hratch coordinated with a great contractor that did great work. We got multiple quotes for the job and he was right in line with the others and his reviews and references were excellent so we decided to go with him. I feel like I got great value since his team was so quick and had an eye for detail. I was most impressed with how clean the house was at the end of each day. I never had to worry about the condition or using the home during the process. I would definitely work with him again in the future.

We hired IMG Painting to do some significant interior and exterior repainting in our house to get it ready for sale. I thought the quality of the work was fantastic, and the work made the entire house feel brand new.

Hratch was very professional and responsive from the start. He was upfront with his pricing and the explanation of services that he would provide. Hratch was very detail oriented during the entire painting process. The work included painting two bedrooms and a hallway including ceiling, trim and doors. Hratch was accurate with his project timeline, made daily trips to the job site and his onsite crew was very courteous. The team cleaned up their work site after each day and Hratch even offered to repair a door that he was painting in our house. I would recommend IMG Painting for any interior painting job.

Hratch was very responsive from the beginning. Came out the for the estimate meeting a day after I called to inquire about their services. Within 4 days the room was painted! I explained that we were in a time crunch as new furniture was being delivered and he was able to squeeze us in. 
His staff (2 painters) were professional and even took their shoes off when they came into the house because of all the snow. 
The patching and waiting was top notch. I can't even find where the original holes were after they were done!
Would totally use them again.

I hired Hratch and his team to paint my kitchen cabinets.  They could not have done a more professional job. He was patient in helping us choose the right color and then did a tremendous job getting the job done right on schedule.  Thanks !! David W.
