Great! Tuned the lawn mower up in just a few days and has been running fine all summer.

Great - about one week to complete work.

Work was done on time, but was expensive. Mower runs well, but burning a bit of oil; will bring back if continues.

Needed a snow thrower, so we went to visit Farinas. Mike asked questions about the size of the driveway, the pitch, the geometry, and gave us advise on the specific snow thrower ("that one is too big, this one is too small, so get that one!"). Snow thrower was delivered right on time, service person took time to show me how to use it, and when he noticed a small blemish immediately offered to replace with a another new snow thrower. All in all very happy with their service and that they took responsibility to make sure I get a perfectly shiny new snow thrower. I was a frequent customer of their bike shop for many years and very glad to be their customer again.

Good experience here getting my lawn mower tuned up and repaired after it would not start.  The self-propel system was also not working.  After diagnosing the problems we had a conversation about what was worth fixing and what wasn't, and I now have a working mower again.  They also have a great second floor with bicycles and apparel.

The bike is great, just what I needed.  I used them for some initial service, but the distance makes it inconvenient for routine service, so I found a local bike shop I can ride to.

After moving to Watertown about twelve years ago I had use Farinas a number of times for equipment purchases, repairs and tuneups and had been happy with the way things turned out. However the last three times I used them for repairs/tuneups I had trouble with the bike right away (as in 50 feet from the store) and when I brought it back to have it done correctly I got attitude from the folks there, including one of the owners. I now use Belmont Wheelworks, which is a lot less convenient for me. And despite the fact that they are usallly very busy I leave there feeling a better job was done on the bike.

I purchased bike for $400, with disc brakes, front shock absorbers etc, all the accessories added up for a total of $600. They installed all the items and gave me advise on how to take care of the bike.

They did a very good clean up job after the job was complete as there was no left over debris anywhere. I also have not had a problem with my roof. Their prices were very reasonable and I really enjoyed working with them.

They are very personable and helpful. They emailed me when my mower was ready.

WE HAVE BOUGHT 2 BIKES FROM THIS STORE IN THE LAST FEW YRS. MY HUSBAND WAS INVOLVED IN A BIKE VS. CAR ACCIDENT & WE NEEDED THE BIKE CHECKED OUT FOR POSSIBLE REPAIR. MIKE FARINA DECIDED THE BIKE WAS "TOTALED" AND BEYOND REPAIR SO THERE WAS NO CHARGE TO US FOR THE EVALUATION. NOT THE "FRIENDLIEST" PEOPLE IN THE WORLD BUT OK.

BASE RATE FOR TUNE UP IS $80.00. I THOUGHT THAT WAS PRETTY HIGH, BUT DID NO COMPARISON SHOPPING GIVEN THE COMPANY WAS SO CONVENIENT TO MY HOME.
