Property Appraisal
We had him complete new appraisals. He was way off on several things. I was also waiting to pay him until we got the last reports. I also wrote back how he was off on several things in the first report. He began to get very angry through our email conversations. He said he sent out the last two and we never received them. He sent them again, and we found many mistakes on those as well. He was being very difficult in generating and making corrections to the appraisals. He finally sent us out versions that were better than the originals and we paid him and cut our losses.
