Real Estate Service
David is a thoroughly professional real estate agent. He works hard and he works smart. He has exceptional people skills-- he's the guy you want representing you to prospective buyers. We'd use him again and recommend him without reservation. Regarding price, David worked for 5% commission. He was willing to accept 4% if no co-broker was involved. Angie's list required me to rate price and enter an amount. It's the going rate.
