The job went well. We were quite satisfied with the contractor and work performed. One problem that did develop later related to the disposal of the heavy, rusted, cement based post. The Town's trash collectors refused pickup. Consequently, I contacted the contractor, Jeff Cronin, and he was helpful in arranging disposal for a reasonable fee. The overall experience in working with Jeff Cronin was excellent.
